We've live in Stone Ridge for almost 3 years and we love it. It's quiet and the community offers alot of features (i.e. pools, fitness center, summer concerts, holiday gatherings, daycare and retail shops). The community was master planned by Van Metre so it is nicely kept and the landscaping is always beautiful. We really feel like it's a community. The only draw back is location and there isn't as many shops/services nearby, but I'm sure that will change. In addtion, traffice on Route 50 and backroads to get to 66 and Toll Road is a hassle during rugh hour. Route 50 definitely needs to be widened to accomodate all the new homes in the area.
