Ashburn Village (Submitted by MH)
Ashburn Village is wonderful! It is such a nice area with many lakes & ponds and tons of walking trails. Everything you need is right there and it is convenient to so much (shops, resturants, major roads, etc...). It's great neighborhood for everyone whether you are single or have a family!

Belmont Country Club (Submitted by SD)
Belmont has been a fantastic opportunity for our family to meet other couples with kids the same age as ours and provide us with a great social outlet. Also at Belmont the Clubhouse is the center of the social life of the community. Living in Belmont really opens up a world of opportunities for everything from fun gatherings with new friends to formal celebrations. You can take in a casual meal with friends and neighbors after a round of golf, an invigorating game of tennis, or a relaxing swim — all while viewing the beautiful golf course.
Belmont also offers a full-service Recreation Center for all residents to enjoy. You can swim in the 25-meter competition pool, while children play in the children's pool. For a little competition, there are tennis, basketball courts, and a volleyball pit. To stay in shape year-round, Belmont's also has the gym and aerobics studios.

Ashburn Village (Submitted by AW)
My husband and I moved here almost a year ago. We were looking for suburban living and found it. There are plenty of walkways and community interaction. The common areas are kept clean. There is plenty of green. It is a great place for kids. Crime and safety is not a bigger issue than it has to be. It is more or less quiet with the occasional bad egg. The commute to DC can be an hour to an hour and a half, but we are only 15-20 minutes away from Dulles Airport. There are a lot of major retail and restaurants within short driving distance. The only thing that I would add to this neighborhood is a good dog park.
