This is a great area to live if you are looking for more afordable homes within a decent commuting distance. The neighborhood has a small town feel but is not too far from restaurants, movie theaters, and shops.

Before you buy here: Make sure you enjoy living in very close proximity to other people. Also, taffic going in or out of Clarksburg Town Center during rush hour can be very frustrating. Once construction is complete, conditions should improve. The Montgomery County Correctional facility is very close to Clarksburg.

New development in Clarksburg that include single family homes, condos, and townhomes. Area is still being built-there is already a huge community swimming pool, and several parks scattered throughout the development. Traffic can be hectic in the mornings since the area is still being built and roads are in progress.
