Rural residential - most houses are 1+ acres, built in 1970s-80s, with well and septic, and tend to be 2,000 to 2,500 sq. ft. above ground finished. Lots are are mostly mature trees and open lawn (septic). Quiet yet friendly neighborhood, turnover here is now bringing in families with younger children as empty nesters move to smaller houses or out of the area. Conveniently located to Fairfax County Parkway and Prince William County Parkway. Ten minutes to Centreville, Burke, Rt. 29/28, or Rt. 123.
