Largely a family community, the location is just two blocks from the wonderful Bonnie Brae elementary school, four blocks from Oakview Elementary, and five blocks from the nationally recognized Robinson High School. The Sideburn Run Swimmin Club is just two blocks away, and the locaiton offers ready access to Target, Giant, and shopping (1 mile) in addition to Walmart (2 miles) and the full Burke Shopping district (3 miles). It is also just one mile from the Virginia Rail Express Burke Station, which also offers a nice farmers market on Saturdays. Lots are unusually large for the area, with 2,500-3,000 sq. ft. homes on 1/3 to 1/2 acre lots, all very well groomed.
