Waters Landing is a mix of townhomes and single family homes. In our immediate Townhome community, Habour Place, there is a mix of young families, D.C. business commuters, and retirees. Everyone socializes when walking about or checking the mail. We back up to a lake with jogging trails. The neighbors look out for each other and it feels very safe. Waters Landing is part of a home owners association that maintains the grounds, services two swimming pools with tennis courts and playgrounds. Walkable to the Germantown Town Center.

Nice family oriented neighborhood.Majority of families keep homes and yards in good condition, lots of younger children who have neighborhood kids to play with, not so much for older kids, secure residential area as only one entrance in, occasional neighborhood activities such as block party, community tag sale day etc.
