This is a townhouse community located off of Ordnance Road in Glen Burnie, nestled behind the condominium community of Cromwell Fountain. There are approximately 150 townhomes total in this community. Convenient to 695, Rt. 10, Rt. 2 and 97, this community is suprisingly quiet! The neighbors are friendly, the community is well-kept (thanks in part to the competent HOA that stays on top of things), and pride of ownership is reflected in the beautifully maintained homes and grounds.
The homes were built between 1999 and 2002, and all include a 2-car garage and anywhere from 1300-1800+ square feet of living space (depending on the model). The lower level contains a den and the garage, the main level features open floorplans with a fairly large living room, kitchen and dining area, and the upper level contains the bedrooms. Some models also have a fourth level that features a spacious masters suite.
Overall, we have been very pleased with this community. We especially like the friendly and quiet atmosphere while being so close to everything. The community is close to shopping, dining, and only a 15min drive to downtown Baltimore. Aside from location and atmosphere, a huge factor in buying here for us was the affordability of a 2-car garage townhome in Anne Arundel County. Other 2-car garage townhome communities in AACo. cost about $100,000+ more, so this was a great find!
