Robaleed (Submitted by KW)
We have lived in Robaleed for a little over 2 years. It is a small neighborhood with just 26 houses. Homes were built in 2000-2001. Homes are well appointed with brick or stone fronts and many amenities. A few homes back to a pond. Location is great, right off Reston Parkway, close to Dulles Toll Road and the Dulles Airport. Shopping center within walking distance. Schools are excellent, Fox Mill Elementary / Oak Hill for G/T, Rachel Carson Middle School, Oakton High School. Most familes have children with ages ranging from seniors in high school to infants. There is no community pool but there are several nearby where memberships can be purchased.

Emerald Chase (Submitted by KW)
We lived in Emerald Chase for 10 years, 1994-2004. It is a well-established neighborhood with mature trees. Homes were built 1986 - 1988 and range from 2 - 5 bedrooms. Our lot backed to a very nice creek with a walking path. As the houses are slightly older / somewhat smaller than houses built more recently, the neighborhood tends to attract many young families. It seems to be about 50-50 for moms working outside the home and moms staying home wih children. Our two children had many friends, and it took two full school buses to serve the local elementary school. Schools are top notch, with Floris Elementary, Rachel Carson Middle School, and Westfield High, Oak Hill Elementary for G/T programs. The location is very convenient, right off the Fairfax County Parkway, close to the Dulles Toll Road, and close to Dulles Airport. A plentitude of shopping centers and restaurants are close by.
