Falls Brook is a mature neighborhood of 53 lots. Construction of homes began in 1980 and was completed about 1988. All lot owners are members of the Falls Brook Homeowners Association, and are subject to a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. The annual assessment amount per lot has been fixed at $89.00 for several years. There are mature trees and landscaping throughout the subdivision, and part of the HOA assessments are spent on landscaping the Entrance Feature at the entrance to the subdivision. This subdivision is conveniently located just off the northern end of the Fairfax County Parkway, about 1/4 mile south of Route 7. The HOA is fairly active, with several social gatherings per year. It also strives to encourage all lot owners to maintain their properties, including their houses, in a neat and tidy appearance.
