Comments about Montgomery Village

Christopher Court (Submitted by )

I have lived in Christopher Court for a year and a half. I like it because it is close to the mall & I270 but it still remains quiet at most times. At night it is very quiet, it seems that the whole town goes to bed (which is nice). It is a very conveniently located middle class neighborhood.

Wetherfield/Montgomery Village (Submitted by AH)

Community of about 80 homes built in the early 90's. Colonial style single family homes with small lots but wonderful curb appeal - mature trees, white picket fences. Lots of families with young kids. On any given day you can see 4-5 families and their children playing ball and riding bikes in the green space, kids selling lemonade, neighborhood picnics.

Montgomery County (Submitted by MO)

hello; montgomery county was at one time the qeit county/ neighborhoods. it is not so anymore. however it is perhaps still the lowest crimes in the state of maryland. Few years ago ahen i bought both of my houses in the Montgomery county, the neighborhood WERE very quiet. you could hear the pin drops at night. Now you can even find a parking slot. it is still a better county than Princes Goereges county. I think it is getting overcrowded. This makes me hesitate to buy another house in the montgomery county. thanks
