Crippens Corner/Great Falls Crossing Ridgeview (Submitted by )

We have it all! Great access to all major roads, walking distance to Lake Fairfax, Tysons Mall less than 10 miles, Dulles airport 10 minutes, our own pool, tennis, basketball and tot lot. Great support for local public schools, sidewalks, family friendly yet perfect for the couple without children living at home, too.

My neighborhood is located near the intersection of Reston Parkway and Bennington Woods Drive (you can see it through the trees at the edge of the North Point soccer fields on Reston Parkway). The townhouses are a little older (mine was built in the early 80s), but I really like this neighborhood. It's on one of the Reston bike paths that leads to one of the pools as well as the North Point shopping center which has a bunch of restaurants and shops and a mailbox. There's a bus stop at the top of the street as well as at the North Point shopping center. Easy walk/bike to the Reston Town Center and public library. There's a hospital and two emergency rooms just down the street. Easy access to the toll road as well as Fairfax County Parkway. In the Concord Green cluster, everyone's assigned one parking spot but there are plenty of unassigned parking spots for guests and other occupants. Also, there are the benefits of living in Reston such as 4 lakes and use of all 15 pools and 49 tennis courts. The bike path behind my house is part of a 55-mile network of pathways that weave through Reston. I also enjoy the Reston Town Center's movie theater, shops, ice skating in the winter and free summer concerts.

This is a great little condo community right off of Reston Parkway. The condos themselves are a little ageed but it's a great location! You have a shopping center with stores for convenience within walking distance and then reston town center is just a mile or so down the road if you are looking for more! Residents of the community have access to all of the reston pools and parks!
