Plymouth Meadows is a fairly new development, located off of Germantown, comprised of beautifully constructed town houses. The development is small and located next to a park, providing a serene atmosphere in the neighborhood. The town houses are featured with two car garages, free lawn service/garbage pick-up, and finished basements. The development is a great place for home owners to live because it is a peaceful neighborhood off Germantown Pike, and at the same time, is close to many commercial businesses.

Plymouth Hills is beautiful neighborhood that is mainly comprised of two story homes. The layout designs are unique because they vary from house to house. Many of the homes have lofts, finished basements, and large landscapes. The location of the neighborhood is very convienent because it is close to Norristown, Lafayette Hill, and Conshohocken; areas that embody the colonial school district. Plymouth Hills is directly located across from the Plymouth Meeting mall which contains many stores that satisfy many needs; clothing, food, and electronics.

Plymouth Valley is one of the largest developments in the Plymouth Meeting area. It is diverse, and stretches into some parts of Norristown and Blue Bell. The development encompasses many different styles of homes, ranging from ranch to two story houses. Plymouth Valley is an excellent neighborhood because what it has to offer to buyers in the area; comfortable sized houses, cheap in price, and in a great location of the stores in the Plymouth/Norristown area. The development is less than a mile away from the East Norriton Plaza, which has great stores such as Shop Rite, Game Stop, and the Old Country Buffet.
