Lovely, tree-lined streets, good mix of young and older families, easy access to many bus routes, 5 min drive from three metro stops (Silver Spring, Wheaton, Forest Glen). Local schools have excellent diversity, good test scores, and are kept up well.

As newcomers to the neighborhood we were struck by the warmth and friendliness expressed by our new neighbors. The surrounding homes while modest are well cared for and there is a good mix of young professionals just starting a family with older established people.
