We purchased our house in March 2006. We are in the South Lakes area. The neighborhood is wonderful. Lot's of tall trees, lakes, pools, trails, golf courses. Our neighbors are great. During our first couple of weeks several people on our block had stopped by and introduced themselves. The neighborhood is a mix of young families, retired couples and every group in between.

Nice Gingerbread community of townhouses in Reston. Reasonably priced in comparison to other areas in South Reston. Right behind South Lakes High School and short path walk to Lake Thoreau and Lake Audobon. Great bike paths and running trails throughout the community and easy access to tennis and basketball courts at South Lakes High School. Nice park for dogs and children on the other side of the cluster. Walking distance to Safeway Plaza, Blockbuster, Starbucks, etc.
