Comments about Spring Valley

Palisades (Submitted by SK)

Living in the Palisades is perfect for those who enjoy having the city close enough to get to within 5 minutes but also enjoy recreational park like settings. With George Town a scant mile away and the Canal path right around the corner; residents can enjoy the great outdoors without having to venture miles and miles outside of the city. There are just enough retail outlets on MacArthur Blvd to serve emergency needs (Safeway, CVS, Starbucks, etc.)- therefore, one never has to venture far to get what they need.
