Comments about Springfield South Run, VA

Bethelen Woods (Submitted by KMB)

Nice family-oriented neighborhood. Just off the Fairfax County Parkway but there is no traffic noise. Neighbors are diverse in backgrounds, some are very interactive and others keep more to themselves but all are welcome. Townhomes appear small (due to elevation) but are actually quite spacious (3 Bed, 3 Bath) with full brick exteriors and solid construction. Backs up to Fairfax County Park which includes the newly named Cross Country Trail.

Medford Leas (Submitted by chd)

This is a small neighborhood with lots of families. It is very safe and convenient to major roads. While the people are great, the only drawback is that there are no stores or parks within walking distance.
